1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of XepopXMT you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site or tools.

2. Educational & Research Use Only

XepopXMT and its tools (including the resolver, party tools, console tools, database search, etc.) are provided for educational and security research purposes only. Use them responsibly and respect other people's privacy. Misusing the tools to harass, stalk, dox, or harm others is not allowed and can get your account banned.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Don't share your account. We can suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or abuse the platform.

4. Xbox Account Linking

When you link an Xbox account we only keep the needed tokens and related auth info for a maximum of 24 hours. These are used purely so the tools can show you status and perform the actions you request. They are not long-lived refresh tokens and are cleaned up automatically.

5. Database & Lookup Data

The database search and related tools display information that was collected from publicly available sources across the internet. Results are historical and can be outdated — IP addresses especially change often. We do not guarantee accuracy or current status of any data shown.

You are fully responsible for how you use any information obtained through the site. Make sure you follow all applicable laws in your country.

6. Prohibited Use

  • Using the tools to harass, threaten, or harm other people
  • Attempting to bypass rate limits, security, or access controls
  • Scraping or automated abuse of the platform itself
  • Selling or redistributing access to the service without permission

7. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is". We don't promise the tools will always work, that data will be accurate, or that the site will be available 100% of the time. Use at your own risk.

8. Changes

We can update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
